What is KNGRO?

KNGRO is a US-based company and worldwide community that connects travelers and shoppers. We are a social platform and mobile application for shoppers seeking unique items from around the world and for travelers looking to make money by delivering these items. o KNGRO’s main idea is based on utilizing the empty spaces designated for people on the move (Group A), and using those spaces to transport items for another group of people (Group B) who happen to be along the trajectory or final destination of Group A. Traveling from point A to B include planes/ trains/ boats/ trucks/cars/ motorcycles/bicycles/ even walking.

 

What is KNGRO for?

KNGRO is a website and mobile application platform that allows users to obtain peer-to-peer shipping, courier, and delivery services through trusted travelers, allowing shoppers to receive overseas products and allowing travelers to earn rewards on the road. What is the difference between a Shopper, Traveler, and Shipper?

A shopper is a user who requests an item (or multiple items) to be bought and delivered to him/her.

A traveler is a user who transports an item to the Shoppers.

Many times the traveler is also responsible for buying the item that they will be transporting.

A Shipper is a user who posts an item that he/she owns and asks for the help of a traveler to transport his/her item alongside their travel routes.

 

What is the difference between sending an item and asking someone to shop for me?

When you select the tab “SHOP FOR ME OVERSEAS”, this means you are asking travelers to buy the item you need and transport it to your destination.

When you select the tab “SEND ITEMS OVERSEAS “this means you are asking travelers to transport your item or an item you already bought to a destination. 

 

How can I use KNGRO?

Download the KNGRO App — free of charge — and register with your full name and email address.

KNGRO App is available on the App Store and Google Play Store.

How can I post a request on KNGRO?

Check our home page to learn how to post an item (www.kngro.com).

Can I cancel a request I posted?

If you made a mistake while posting an order and this order has not been accepted by a traveler yet, simply update your posting by clicking on your post and the “UPDATE” tab.

Once you accept an offer, you are committed to the payment of your order and associated fees.

Please directly contact the user who accepted your order via our messaging system and let them know that you have made a mistake. If they have not purchased the item for you, they might be able to cancel the order from their end so you can be reimbursed, also contact help@kngro.com .

If that did not solve your problem, please contact our support team at help@kngro.com. We will do our best to accommodate your concerns.

 

Can I contact Travelers?

You can contact travelers through the built-in messaging system within our app and website.

If you are having difficulties getting in touch with a traveler, please contact, the KNGRO support team and we will assist you --- help@kngro.com.

 

Why am I not receiving any offers for delivery of my posted item?

This may be because: • Your reward offer is too low • Your set delivery date is too soon • There aren’t currently many travelers headed to your area.

If you fear it might be because your item is difficult to purchase, pack, or deliver, try increasing your reward.

 

Is there a minimum amount for the Traveler Reward?

Yes, the minimum reward is set to

The minimum reward does not include any import/export fees, customs, duties, or tariffs that may be applied.

 

How can I accept an offer?

If you’ve received an offer, it will show up in your “ALERTS” home button.

You can accept the offer by clicking, “Accept Offer” after you have reviewed the offer details and associated fees.

 

Can I cancel an offer I made?

Please email the KNGRO support team immediately at help@kngro.com.

Cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

 

Who pays for the items?

The Traveler pays for the items initially and the payment received from the Shopper will be put on hold with KNGRO and will be transferred to the Traveler’s account as soon as the Shopper confirms that he received the item.

The Shoppers will confirm that they received the item by entering a unique code (provided by KNGRO) .

Shoppers may need to pay additional expenses in the case that import/export fees, customs, duties, or tariffs are applied to their item during transport. In this particular case, the Traveler will use the - Update Payment – option found in MY KNGRO/MY DEALS to inform the Shopper.

 

How do I contact the traveler?

You can contact travelers through the built-in messaging system within the app and website.

If you are having difficulty getting in touch with a traveler, please contact, our support team and they will assist you help@kngro.com.

You can also share your location with your traveler via our messaging system.

 

 Where will my items be delivered?

The meeting location is ultimately up to you and the Shopper to decide on.

We always recommend meeting in a public, central location, like a coffee shop or mall.

For ease of communication and location finding, you can share your location with your traveler via our messaging system.

 

Do I need to include my financial details in my account?

Yes, you have the option of including your credit card info, PayPal, or Stripe account information; this will help us send you payments when required.

KNGRO can pay users who have a working PayPal or Strip Account. While users who do not have a PayPal or Stripe Account, they will have the option to include, their bank details (please note that money transferring/wiring charges will apply and will be deducted from your total payment.)

 

How do I know if KNGRO is safe to use?

We have strict community guidelines.

Travelers will be shopping and paying for the items from their own money and they will be carrying the items they bought with them as if they are their own, this process ads a great margin of safety, just please make sure that the items your transporting is allowed into the country you are traveling to.

Shoppers who request items will have the luxury of doing that from the comfort of their own place and will have the option to assign a meeting place of their liking.

Should I pay and communicate through KNGRO directly?

Yes, users CAN ONLY pay/communicate via KNGRO platform.

KNGRO will secure your payment and will always hold the records of the communications to help you in resolving disputes, should any arise.

 

How do I know that the item is safe to transport?

We encourage you to always make sure that the item you are transporting is allowed to be transported in the country you are in and to the country you are heading to. It is your responsibility to check the quantity allowed so that you don’t end up paying taxes or customs fees.

Travelers have the right and complete freedom to inspect and/or refuse a package.

 

What is the traveler reward?

The Traveler reward is an amount of money offered by the Shopper as a compensation to the Traveler for buying and/or delivering his/her items to the Shopper’s pre-designated destination.

A Shopper can offer a higher reward to do the job if that seems more logical to carry on the task.

 

Is my credit card and bank information safe with KNGRO?

Yes, we utilize Strip and PayPal to process our payments. Both companies use state of the art encryption to keep your credit cards and bank info safe and secure.

 

How many items can I deliver in one trip?

As much as you your bag can hold and as much as your allowed luggage weight permits!

Please keep in mind to always ask about the quantity per item and what items you can transport without paying customs fees according to your country and location.

 

When am I committed to the payment?

Directly when you (Shopper) accept a Traveler’s offer and associated fees.KNGRO will bill your credit card or any other means of payment that you provided earlier.

The amount billed will include the price of the item + assigned reward and associated fees.

You will get a detailed breakdown of what you paid for.

 

What if an item gets damaged or lost in transit?

Our support team will work with you in investigating the matter and will do our best to help in your dispute.

Disputes will be handled as case-by-case.

My Traveler paid customs duties for my item, how can I pay him/her back?

Your Traveler has the option to text you via our messaging system, to inform you about any extra payments that might be required for customs duties or similar. Please reply ASAP.

You will receive a charge for Extra Payment made for the customs duties along with a picture of the receipt, and then you can directly pay this extra amount via KNGRO payment options.

Please note that you need to complete such payments in order to complete a transaction and receive your item.

Travelers will use the Update Payment option to send you (the Shopper) the amount of the bill and the receipt picture. This option can be found at MY KNGRO / MY DEALS /Update Payment.

 

I want to transport items, but I am not sure if I will have room in my suitcase!

Many requested items are small, and bringing them over will ensure you have extra room in your suitcase on your return trip for souvenirs!

In addition, if you sign up to deliver multiple items, you can offset the cost of bringing an extra suitcase.

 

What are the Fees associated with using the KNGRO App and Website?

Registering on our website and downloading our app from the App Store or Google Play, including posting your items and travel routes is completely FREE!

For Shoppers:

Here is a breakdown of your charges that add up to the total amount: let’s say you choose the service “SHOP FOR ME OVERSEAS:”

Item cost: is the cost of the item including any extra charges like taxes or shipping.

Traveler Reward: is what the Shopper offers for the Traveler to deliver his/her item.

Service fee: this is an 8% service charge on the price of item and reward.This will cover KNGRO’s transactions fees and operational costs and will help us keep KNGRO platform safe and available for all Travelers and Shoppers. (Please note that service charge might change from time to time, and we will communicate any such change to you accordingly.)

For Travelers:

Our Fees are 20% from the agreed-upon reward.

For example, if you agreed to deliver an item accepting 0 as a reward for your service, the app fee would be 20% of the 0 that is equal to . Therefore, the total income you will receive from this transaction is . (Please note that service charge might change from time to time, and we will communicate any such change to you accordingly.)

 

How do I change my password?

Check the settings menu /Profile - Click on Change Password and follow the instructions.

May I register for KNGRO without a phone number?

You can create a log in account without a phone number, but it is required to have a verified phone number to complete transactions, such as making offers or accepting offers to deliver items.

 

Can I change the phone number on my account?

Yes, please go to your profile tab and follow the instructions to change your mobile number.

 

How can I deactivate my account?

Please go to My Profile tab, scroll down until the end and click on Deactivate Account tab.

How can I delete an item I posted?

Please go to the Main Menu by clicking the burger tab on the top right of your mobile phone screen. Click on MY KNGRO/MY KNGRO POSTS/MY ITEMS. Then, choose the item you want to delete, swipe with your finger from right to left on the item and you will see the delete tab. Press on the delete tab and your item will be deleted from your posts.

Please note that once you delete your item it will be removed from your posts. Users will not be able to see and/or interact with your deleted item anymore.

Also please note that once you delete your item , you cannot undo this step.

 

How do I create an order or post an item?

Decide whether you want to send something you already own or you want someone to purchase something for you.

Post your item with its destination so Travelers can bid on transporting it.

Use as many details as you can to define clearly your item and where it can be found.

While searching online stores like eBay or Amazon, you can view a rounded icon on the lower right of your mobile screen “Copy Link.” Use this Copy Link icon to grab all the data needed from the website you are surfing. Pictures, names, and the link will be automatically included in your items post in the KNGRO App. (Copy Link is originally intended to copy your item’s link, so to guide the traveler where to buy the item. At some occasions, Copy Link does the job of copying the pictures as well, at other occasions it does not copy pictures. Always have the pictures of your item stored and ready on your phone before making the order.)

You will need to enter the value of the item manually. Please make sure to include any taxes or shipping costs within that amount.

Can I trust my shopper?

KNGRO aims to build a safe global community of Shoppers and Travelers. Therefore, we take safety and trust very seriously.

We have implemented innovative tools to help our users conduct safe transactions and communications.

Some of our safety tools include:

  1. Mobile phone number verification & encryption.
  2. Email verification & encryption.
  3. Rating and reviewing system to check the reliability of users.
  4. Built in chatting services, that will help users get to know each other more, and at the same time will help us track and document any disputes.
  5. Direct emailing in case of a problem: help@kngro.com
  6. Our money escrow payment protocol will insure that users can always be reimbursed according to the agreed upon rate.

 

Who pays for the item?

 Once the Shopper accepts a Traveler’s offer to deliver their item, KNGRO will bill the Shopper for the total amount of item price + traveler reward + transaction fees. This amount will be kept safe by KNGRO in escrow.

The traveler uses their own funds to purchase the item initially (if required to purchase)

Once the delivery of the item is confirmed, KNGRO will pay the Traveler (the item’s price (if the traveler bought the item) + reward (minus 20% fee).

 

How do I calculate the fees?

Where do I pick up my order?

Please arrange a convenient meeting place for you and the traveler prior to arrival of the traveler. o Use our built-in messaging system to decide on a meeting place with the traveler. You can even share your location with the traveler.

We always advise to meet in a public place as a common sense safety measure.

 

My traveler was a no-show and isn’t responding to my messages! What should I do?

We’re sorry this happened to you! Life can have some surprises.Please offer the Traveler a second chance to show up and deliver your item.

Use the built-in messaging system to inform him/her and share your location on our messaging system so you and KNGRO can keep track of this event.

If the traveler did not show up on the second trial, please contact our support team at help@kngro.com, so we can investigate your case and accordingly help you out.

How can I make money while traveling using KNGRO?

  1. Add your trip and Filter orders. Post your destination and travel dates on the app, so that travelers can request items from you. Alternatively, filter current requests in the app and make offers on items you are willing to transport.
  2. Contact your Shopper. Confirm all details with the Shopper after accepting their request. Keep in touch to plan a meeting spot once you are ready to deliver their item.
  3. Buy or Pick-Up. Purchase or pick-up the item ASAP to ensure you are all set for your trip.
  4. Deliver. Meet with the Shopper and KNGRO will transfer the payment and reward to your account.

 

How much can I earn with KNGRO?

This depends on how many items you can deliver to the destination you are heading to.

 

Do I have to pay to use the service “MAKE MONEY TRAVELING"?

Our Fees are 20% from the agreed upon reward.

For example, if you agreed to deliver an item accepting 0 as reward, the app fee would be 20% of the 0 that equals to . Therefore, the total amount you will receive form this transaction is  . Where should I deliver the items?

Where do I enter my bank information?

You have the option to enter your bank information, but please note that transfers to your bank account will include transfer fees that will be deducted from your total payment.

To enter your financial information, please go to your profile tab: Scroll down to reach the Payment Method ,then choose your preferred payment option and enter the required information.

We recommend using PayPal and Stripe for the most efficient service.

 

How do I receive my money earned with KNGRO?

You have three options to receive your earned money from KNGRO:

  1. PayPal: we recommend this option for ease of transfer; also, this option is free of charge. It is easy to get an account with PayPal since it is available in many countries around the world. Please check www.paypal.com
  2. Stripe: we recommend this option for ease of transfer; this option is free of charge. It is easy to get an account with Stripe since it is available in many countries around the world. Please check www.stripe.com.
  3. Bank Transfer to your Bank Account: Unfortunately, we cannot wave the money transfer fee if you choose this option; some extra fees might also apply for currency exchange.

Please note that KNGRO can receive payments and pay users in US Dollars $ currency only.

 

Who pays for the items I’m buying for the Shoppers?

You as a Traveler will use your own money to pay for the items requested by Shoppers.

Then KNGRO app will pay you back for the item as well as pay your agreed upon reward once the delivery is made.

 

Can I inspect the shipments?

Please do! We highly recommend that you inspect any shipment that you have and not bought by you.

 

Will KNGRO notify me of requests matching my travel routes?

That’s what we are here for! KNGRO app will notify you whenever an item is posted and matching your travel route.

 

Will I have to pay customs or duties?

Most of the times you will not, since usually when traveling and carrying your own belongings you will not be charged for customs and duties fees.

We recommend that you check with the legal authority within the country (eg: TSA in USA) and with the airlines you are traveling with before your departure.

 

What should I do if I am asked at the airport to pay for customs duties fees for the items I am delivering?

Here is what you need to do :

  1. First, Text the Shopper via our messaging system. To inform him/her about any extra payments that might be required for customs duties or similar.
  2. If you can wait for approval from the Shopper then do so before you pay.
  3. If you can’t wait and you have a plane to catch then use the Update Payment option. This option can be found at MY KNGRO / MY DEALS /Update Payment, it enables you to input the amount you paid  and to send a picture of the reciept to the Shopper, also it enabels KNGRO to keep a record of your payment.

 

How do I pay for items from duty free?

You can use PayPal, Stripe, or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express …)

 

What is the fee for duty free items?

Fees are similar to our other services. 

Here is a breakdown of your charges that add up to the total amount:

Item cost: the cost of the item at the duty-free store.

Traveler Reward is what the Shopper offers the traveler to buy and to deliver his/her item.

Service fee: this is an 8% service charge on the price of item and reward.This will cover KNGRO’s transactions fees and operational costs, and will help us keep KNGRO platform safe and available for all Travelers and Shoppers. (Please note that service charge might change from time to time, and we will communicate any such change to you accordingly.)

How do I contact Travelers already in duty free?

When you click on the “SHOP FROM DUTY FREE“ tab, you will directly see who is LIVE NOW at a certain Duty Free location around the World, and you will see a CONTACT button next to each Traveler .

Use the CONTACT button to contact Travelers and ask them to buy for you the items you need.

 

How many items can I get from duty free?

This will depend on the rules of the Duty-Free Store, and the ability of the Traveler to carry with him/her.

 

 

Can I trust my traveler?

How do I post the items I need?

Using the Home Screen, click on the Tab “SEND ITEMS OVERSEAS. “

Click on the Red tab that says “ ADD YOUR ITEM “

Fill in the allocated tabs and post your item with its destination so Travelers can bid on transporting it.

Make sure to use pictures that well describe your item.

In the Description section, use as many details as you can to define clearly so it’s easier for the Traveler to decide whether he/she can transport and deliver your item.

How do the payments work?

Shoppers: you are required to supply KNGRO with your payment option, and it can be via Credit Card, PayPal, or STRIPE.

Travelers: KNGRO can pay you via PayPal & STRIPE if you wish to use your bank account as means of receiving your earned money, please note that we are unable to wave the money transfer fee. If you choose this option, some extra fees might also apply for currency exchange.

Please note that KNGRO can receive payments and pay users in US Dollars $ currency only.

 

Who will pay me after the delivery is completed and HOW?

You have three options to receive your earned money from KNGRO:

  1. PayPal: we recommend this option for ease of transfer; also, this option is free of charge. It is easy to get an account with PayPal since it is available in many countries around the world. Please check www.paypal.com
  2. Stripe: we recommend this option for ease of transfer; also, this option is free of charge. It is easy to get an account with Stripe since it is available in many countries around the world. Please check www.stripe.com.
  3. Bank Transfer to your Bank Account: sorry we cannot wave the money transfer fee if you choose this option, also some extra fees might apply for currency exchange.

Please note that KNGRO can receive payments and pay users in US Dollars $ currency only.

 

When will I get paid?

When you deliver the item to the Shopper and the Shopper confirms it through the app using their unique code, KNGRO will transfer the reward and any additional payments, securely into your account.

We send out payments on a weekly bases pattern.

Please take into consideration that durations for completed money transfers can vary between different payment gateways.

Usually PayPal and Stripe are a fast payment gateway options.

 

What is the service fee? How much is it?

Do I have to pay to use the service “MAKE MONEY TRAVELING?”

Our Fees are 20% from the agreed upon reward.

For example, if you agreed to deliver an item accepting $100 as reward, the app fee would be 20% of the $100 ,that equlas to $20. Therefore, the total amount you will receive form this transaction is $80. (Please note that service charge might change from time to time, and we will communicate any such change to you accordingly).

 

Is KNGRO cheaper than other delivery companies?

Our goal is to be cheaper and faster than all other delivery options.

If your delivery does not meet these standards, please let us know so we can improve our service!

 

Do I need to have a bank account?

You do not.

We recommend having a PayPal or Stripe account for ease of payment and being paid.

 

Should I have a PayPal account?

Yes, we highly recommend having a PayPal account.

 

Do you accept other payment methods other than PayPal?

Yes; major credit cards – VISA – MASTER – AMERICAN EXPRESS, in addition to STRIPE payment solution.

 

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, we accept most major credit cards - VISA – MASTER – AMERICAN EXPRESS.

 

How can I make more money with KNGRO?

There is no limit to how much money you can make utilizing KNGRO platforms.

If you’re not making as much money as you’d like, check which countries offer the highest rewards and requests.

We also recommend bringing an additional suitcase dedicated solely to KNGRO purchases.
